Pertaringa Lakeside Sparkling NV
“Pertaringa Lakeside Sparkling NV – A fresh and easy drinking fizz designed as the perfect bubbles when deep thought and serious consideration are not required. Green gold in colour with broad flavours on the nose, notably gentle lemony notes. This is an exuberant and upfront style of sparkler, with a soft finish. The palate offers a slight lemon butter character which works well. Easy to enjoy…” - Ken Gargett at Wine Pilot

To Cut a Long Story Short Chardonnay 2022
Put simply, the world can never have too much easy drinking, good value Chardy. A fresh, unoaked style can’t help but please. Bright yellow in colour, notes of herbs, citrus and stonefruit, with the flavours very much upfront. There is a burst of bright acidity and hints of white peaches on the palate. Drink over the next two to three years. This is a pleasant picnic style, but it needs a touch more length to step up to the next level.

Time Flies When You're Having Fun Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

"This South Aussie Cabernet is full of upfront flavours. Designed for drinking now, it will surely roll on for quite a few more years, if anyone wants to put some away. Dark magenta in colour, there are earthy notes, bay leaves, cloves, dark berries and a hint of tar. Definitely has that 2020 vintage burliness and strength illustrated by a firm palate, solid tannins and serious grip. A mid-length wine with good concentration and power, it will drink well now and for six years, and is ideal for your next big barbecue."

Nature Foundation Barbara Hardy McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021

"And it is a cracking red – top region and superb vintage – chockful of flavour, which represents great value. What more do you need? Deep purple in colour, yet bright and vivid, there is good concentration here with power and plush plums, florals and chocolate. This fine McLaren Vale Shiraz is also supple on the palate with good length, with abundant though very fine tannins."
