This grape gets its name from the French words Sauvage, meaning wild and blanc, meaning white. Sauvignon Blanc or Sauv Blanc as we Aussies like to call it is our most popular dry white wine. Nose: The nose offers vibrant aromas of lemon sherbet, pawpaw and kiwi fruit.
