CHEESE AFTER DARK
An autumn celebration with Smelly Cheese and Bec Hardy Wines
Join Smelly Cheese Co. for a cosy, after-hours Cheese After Dark, celebrating the flavours, textures and warmth of autumn.
This seasonal experience is hosted by our beloved Cheese Queen Valérie Henbest, alongside Richard Dolan and Bec Hardy. Together, they’ll guide guests through a thoughtfully curated journey of autumnal cheeses and wines, sharing stories of terroir, craftsmanship and flavour.
What’s included:
A generous tasting of five seasonal cheeses, paired with a selection of Bec Hardy wines, alongside warm, house-made flammekueches to share. Expect guided tastings, rich storytelling and beautifully considered pairings throughout the evening.

We can’t wait to head back to our favourite Sydney hangout, Boronia Kitchen, for another delicious wine dinner this June. Chef Simon Sandall’s seasonal, soulful cooking always makes this night a standout — it’s why we keep coming back for more!
