Vintage: The 2026 vintage in South Australia benefited from a long, warm growing season that encouraged even ripening while retaining bright natural acidity. These conditions produced wines with vibrant fruit expression, freshness and balance, making it an excellent vintage for crisp, aromatic Pinot Grigio.
Winemaking: Parcels were night harvested to retain freshness and gently pressed once at the winery. Cool fermentation in stainless stell and followed by prompt blending and bottling to ensure purity of fruit and optimum freshness. Â
Nose: Lifted citrus and apple notes on the nose.Â
Palate: The palate is crisp and dry, with fresh citrus and pear flavours. This wine is refreshing and balanced with great flavour length.Â
