Winemaking: Harvested at night to protect freshness, the fruit was gently crushed and fermented in temperature‑controlled, stainless steel fermenters. Careful handling and cool processing has maintained purity, resulting in a clean, juicy expression that showcases bright varietal character.
Nose: Bright aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and soft spice lift from the glass, with subtle hints of violet and gentle oak adding depth and approachability.
Palate: Medium‑weighted and fruit‑driven, with darker berry flavours flowing across a clean, juicy palate. Soft tannins and balanced acidity create an easy, satisfying finish ideal for relaxed, everyday enjoyment.
