94 Points - Vino Masters (Russ Gallagher) July 2026
★★★★★ A well-made Cabernet Sauvignon with bright fruit and classic varietal character. 'Deep crimson in colour, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright fruit and clear varietal definition. Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry are supported by bay leaf, cedar and dark chocolate. The palate is medium-bodied with soft red berry fruits, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Notes of cedar and dried herbs carry through a persistent, well-balanced finish that lingers with elegance. Approachable, balanced and full of typicity.'

'South Aussie Cabernet from the impressive 2024 vineyard, fermentation is in temperature controlled, stainless steel fermenters. The wine spent ten months maturing in older French oak. There is decent length here and the wine finishes with abundant powdery tannins, while maintaining the intensity of flavour. For enjoying over the next eight years, and one could reasonably expect the score to rise during that period.'
