IMPORTANT - Terms & Conditions

Subscription Commitment: By joining the Bec Hardy Wine Club, you agree to receive scheduled wine shipments you have selected. These shipments are processed and dispatched automatically unless changes are made to your account at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charge date.

Discount Eligibility: Any discounts, offers, or exclusive pricing available through Wine Club membership are conditional upon receiving a minimum of two full scheduled shipments. If you cancel your subscription or attempt to return wines after receiving a shipment to avoid the subscription, any discounts applied to previous orders may be revoked and the cost of shipping and return shipping of any cancelled orders will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Returns & Refunds: Returned wine must be received in saleable condition before any refund is issued. Change-of-mind returns do not override the commitment to receive minimum shipments, and any costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the member, unless the return is due to fault or error on our part. Responsibility for Orders: Orders generated through your membership — including those processed while you are travelling or residing temporarily outside Australia — remain your responsibility. We do not accept liability for orders you claim were "unintended" or "unauthorised" where no evidence of account compromise is provided. Abuse of Membership: We reserve the right to cancel membership, revoke benefits, and refuse service to any individual we reasonably believe is misusing the Wine Club for the purposes of short-term gain (e.g., subscribing to secure discounts and cancelling immediately after).
