Terms and Conditions:

• You must be over 18 years of age and reside in Australia to become a member of the Wine Club.
• By joining you are agreeing to purchase a minimum of 12 bottles of wine annually.
• The Wine Club is free to join and is for a rolling 12 month period from sign up.
• Your nominated credit card will be charged automatically for every delivery and a copy of the invoice automatically sent on successful processing.
• To ensure your wine reaches you, please keep your personal, delivery, and credit card details up to date via your online profile at www.bechardy.com.au, or call us on (08) 8383 2700.
• By joining the Wine Club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us. This may be in the form of email, post or telephone.  Don’t worry, we are not fans of spam either!
